The AIRBNB Co-Founder Just Released a Net Zero PREFAB HOME

The co-founder of Airbnb has just announced his new Prefab Home company and is officially accepting orders. Joe Gebbia announced this week that his new company Samara will build net zero accessory dwelling units known as backyard. Samara will offer two prefab options: a studio at 430 square feet and a 1 bedroom at 550 square feet both of which come standard with solar panels.
